The room design and decoration feel comfortable, and it is very good to enjoy the beautiful sea and sunset from the balcony.

Stayed for two consecutive nights, but the breakfast content is almost the same. It is recommended not to repeat the dishes for two consecutive days.

The location was next to the American Village with plenty of dining options. The hotel was neat, clean and smelled great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Ask them any question and they would be happy to help. Even prior to my arrival, I emailed them a couple of times. There is a convenience store within 5 minutes walk.

Nothing, it was all great.

Great location. Good for local restaurants and day trips. The staff were so friendly and even went as far as booking us in for a massage at the Hilton whilst we were out for breakfast and couldn’t book in before hand. Close to a car hire company which is strongly recommended if you’re on the island to save you having to book before you go!

Nothing to fault really!! The only thing was the roof top bar that was a big sell for me on the property and unfortunately it was closed 2 out of the 3 night we stayed there. And by the time we got up there they didn’t have the umbrellas out and the outdoor furniture didn’t have cushions. It was still beautiful but would have liked to see it in full form!!

Gym is not at double tree, gym is at hilton which is across the road - not convenient. No room service. No TV channel, only CNN.

Location is great, right next to American Village. Room is spacious, with ocean view and a balcony. Staff is helpful.

Breakfast is a little bit disappointing to be honest, was expected to have more choices and taste better with this price. Even though we have access to the pool of the other Hilton, just right across the street, but sometimes you just don’t want to put on your bathing suit and bathrobe and walk across the street.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect place to stay a relax. Room was clean and spacious. Great location close buy to plenty of shops and restaurants. Loved staying here and will absolutely be back!

The location is awesome and very convenient to many nice restaurants and shopping areas. The location is convenient to local beaches as well. The outdoor bar is really nice for watching picturesque sunsets. Parking is free, so that is a perk.

The price was a little steep. I didn't choose breakfast, but it should have been included for what I paid for the 3 nights. Other locations were more affordable, but I chose Doubletree due to reputation.

A kids friendly hotel located at the super convenient spot with many restaurants, shops and coffee shops nearby. The swimming pool is clean, perfect for kids. They also prepared kids amenities in the room which is so caring. A definite yes if we want to stay again

The rooms and the staff were both excellent. The hotel was exactly what we wanted in terms of position and room comfort.However, we were very surprised and disappointed to arrive and find that there was no hotel bar operating at all, and no pool open. There was no indication of this at the time of booking, and no reduction in prices for the lack of these.This was a long awaited family holiday, in two rooms - delayed through Covid, and we were very excited about where we had chosen.We actually chose the Doubletree over anywhere else along the coast because of its location, and because we have the rooftop bar for sunsets and the rooftop pool. If we had known they would be closed we would have looked elsewhere. (we understand we could have used the pool at the other Hilton, but we deliberately booked the Doubletree, not the Hilton.)You offered us a paid upgrade to a balcony room online, which we very nearly did and now are glad we did not pay even more money.In essence, all our money went to pay for was 2 rooms - we feel we could have spent that much more wisely on a luxury AirBnB if lovely rooms was all we wanted.

The rooms were of ample size and the beds were comfortable. The second floor ocean view rooms have an extended balcony with plants to keep some privacy. The hotel was very quiet despite being very close to the activity of American Village. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. They had a nice variety of options.
